We’re seeking a Real Estate Runner Assistant to support our small real estate team for both in office and out-of-office tasks. This is not your typical assistant position – it’s an opportunity to immerse yourself in the real estate world.

Position Details:

Part-Time: 10-15 hours per week (morning and early afternoon availability preferred)
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Flagstaff, AZ

Compensation:$18 hourly

Responsibilities:

Assist with listing prep and data entry
Perform weekly office errands and property checks
Handle light office duties such as shipping, organizing, stocking, scanning, printing, and phone support
Help with virtual tours and ensure each listing is set up with signs and lockboxes (yes, a sledgehammer may be involved!)
Create and update marketing materials like brochures and flyers, including minor photo edits (cropping, straightening, brightening)
Keep the office neat and tidy with weekly cleaning duties
Assist with other various tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Ability to work in Flagstaff, Arizona
Strong problem-solving abilities and an independent work style
Disciplined, reliable, and always on time
Common sense is a must
A keen eye for design, detail-oriented with a creative spark
Comfortable learning and working in various computer applications such as Excel, Word, Adobe PDF’s, Canva, Google sheets/docs, etc.
Friendly and customer-focused with excellent communication skills
Experience in real estate or administrative roles is a plus, but not required
Must have reliable transportation and be capable of driving to properties in Munds Park, Williams, Parks, and all over Flagstaff (Compensation for mileage is offered.)
