Responsibilities
Engage in PLACE New Agent Launch to master PLACE lead generation and prospecting scripts.
Nurture and transform incoming sales inquiries into scheduled appointments.
Develop and convert outbound sales prospects into appointments.
Assess leads to communicate motivation and financial details to real estate sales agents.
Oversee database management and productivity reporting.
Dedicate time to skill enhancement through education and script practice.
Establish yourself as a local real estate expert.
Participate in weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training sessions, and Partner Calls.
Monitor activities and client interactions using PLACE Technology.

Qualifications
Outstanding ability to build rapport and enthusiasm for engaging with people
Passionate about sales and adept at converting leads
Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple leads and maintain consistent follow-up strategies
Committed to teamwork and achieving team-oriented objectives
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Superior telephone communication abilities
Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting quotas
Strong time management and organizational skills
Capacity to learn and internalize scripts effectively
Collaborative team player
Real estate license is a plus
