- Who “AZPropertyJobs.com,” “we,” “us,” “our” refers to
- Throughout this Agreement, the terms “AZPropertyJobs.com,” “we,” “us,” and “our” are used interchangeably and refer to Arizona Guest House, LLC, the owner and operator of the Site.
- By accessing any part of the Site or utilizing any of its services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, as well as our Privacy Statement and Cookie Policy, which are integral parts of this Agreement and are incorporated herein by reference.
- If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions contained within this Agreement, the Privacy Statement, and the Cookie Policy, you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and must discontinue your use immediately.
- User Accounts
- To utilize certain features of the Site, including but not limited to posting job listings (for Employers) and applying for jobs (for Candidates), you will need to create a user account. You agree to the following terms regarding your account.
- Employer Accounts (Registration, Responsibilities, Termination)
- Registration: Employers are required to register for an account to post job listings on the Site. During the registration process, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for ensuring this information remains updated.
- Responsibilities: As an Employer account holder, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Arizona Guest House, LLC immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. You are solely responsible for the content of your job postings, their accuracy, legality, and non-discriminatory nature, and you warrant that all posted positions are located in Arizona within the property management, real estate, or hotel/hospitality industries and comply with all applicable Arizona and federal employment laws.
- Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any Employer account that violates these Terms of Use or for any other reason at our sole discretion, without notice or liability.
- Candidate Accounts (Registration, Responsibilities, Termination)
- Registration: Candidates are required to register for an account to apply for jobs listed on the Site. During the registration process, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for ensuring this information remains updated.
- Responsibilities: As a Candidate account holder, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Arizona Guest House, LLC immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. You are responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the information you provide in your profile and applications.
- Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any Candidate account that violates these Terms of Use or for any other reason at our sole discretion, without notice or liability.
- Creating and Accessing Your Account
- To access and utilize certain features of the Site, you will be required to create a user account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
- Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure its accuracy, currency, and completeness.
- Select a secure password and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password).
- Not share your account credentials with any other person or entity.
- Be solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
- Notify Arizona Guest House, LLC immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account or any other breach of security.
- AZPropertyjobs.com reserves the right to require specific information during the registration process and may implement security measures to verify your identity. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these requirements.
- Acceptable Use of the Website
- By accessing and using the Site, you agree to do so in a responsible, lawful, and respectful manner. You are solely responsible for your conduct and any content that you submit, post, or display on or through the Site.
- General Prohibited Conduct:
- You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Violating any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
- Submitting, posting, or transmitting any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
- Impersonating any person or entity or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.
- Interfering with or disrupting the operation of the Site or the servers or networks used to make the Site available, including but not limited to hacking, distributing viruses, or overloading the system.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the Site, or any other systems or networks connected to the Site.
- Engaging in any data mining, robots, scraping, or similar data gathering or extraction methods without our express written consent.
- Sending unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, “junk mail,” “spam,” “chain letters,” “pyramid schemes,” or any other form of solicitation.
- Using the Site for any fraudulent or deceptive purposes.
- Taking any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure.
- Attempting to circumvent any security features or access controls of the Site.
- Specific Prohibitions for Employers:
- In addition to the general prohibitions listed above, Employers agree not to:
- Post job listings that are inaccurate, misleading, or do not genuinely represent an actual job opening located in Arizona within the property management, real estate, or hotel/hospitality industries.
- Post job listings that discriminate against applicants based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
- Fail to comply with all applicable Arizona and federal employment laws in their hiring practices.
- Use the Site to recruit for positions outside of the property management, real estate, or hotel/hospitality industries or located outside of Arizona.
- Share candidate data obtained through the Site with unauthorized third parties.
- Specific Prohibitions for Candidates:
- In addition to the general prohibitions listed above, Candidates agree not to:
- Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information in their profiles, resumes, or applications.
- Apply for jobs for any purpose other than seeking legitimate employment.
- Engage in any activity that could unfairly disadvantage other job seekers.
- Submit the same application multiple times to the same job listing without a legitimate reason.
- We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates this “Acceptable Use of the Website” section, including but not limited to terminating their account and reporting them to law enforcement authorities.
- General Prohibited Conduct
- You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Violating any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
- Submitting, posting, or transmitting any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.

- Post job listings that discriminate against applicants based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
- Fail to comply with all applicable Arizona and federal employment laws in their hiring practices.
- Use the Site to recruit for positions outside of the property management, real estate, or hotel/hospitality industries or located outside of Arizona.
- Share candidate data obtained through the Site with unauthorized third parties.
- Specific Prohibitions for Candidates (Accuracy of Information)
- In addition to the general prohibitions listed above, Candidates agree not to:
- Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information in their profiles, resumes, or applications.
- Apply for jobs for any purpose other than seeking legitimate employment.
- Engage in any activity that could unfairly disadvantage other job seekers.
- Submit the same application multiple times to the same job listing without a legitimate reason.
- Site Rules
- When using our Site and services, you agree to these Site Rules and any other rules or policies posted on the Site. Breaking our rules is a material breach of this Agreement and an unauthorized use of the Site. At AZPropertyJobs.com’s discretion and without prior notice, AZPropertyJobs.com may take measures against any user or activity that appears to break the Site Rules. This may involve removing content, restricting or suspending access to products or services, logging the user out of the Site, or disabling the user’s account.
- Do not directly or indirectly:
- Access the Site other than through the web or app interface publicly provided by AZPropertyJobs.com, access parts of the site that you do not have permission to access, or otherwise access systems without express authorization.
- Provide any false, fake, or fictitious information.
- Provide any code or data with the intent or effect of damaging, disrupting, disabling, harming, impairing, interfering with, intercepting, expropriating or otherwise impeding, the Site or any data, program, system, equipment or communication, or that would cause a violation of any applicable law.
- Access any data, especially personal data, by automated means or otherwise, without permission.
- Use the services with the intent or effect of damaging, disrupting, disabling, harming, impairing, interfering with, intercepting, expropriating or otherwise impeding our services, the appearance of our services, the Site, or any systems.
- Bypass any limitations or suspensions of functionality, including by automated means or otherwise.
- Submit job applications or other User Content in bulk by automated means, other than by automated tools that the Site explicitly offers or that have been otherwise agreed to in writing with AZPropertyJobs.com.
- Submit job applications or other User Content (including webforms or links in a resume, Your Profile, or application) that is malicious, fraudulent, or spam.
- Interfere with others’ use of the Site.
- Modify, adapt, translate, reformat, resell, frame, or reverse engineer any portion of the Site.
- Remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notices.
- You may not use the Site to:
- Harm anyone or violate the rights of anyone, including the right of publicity, right of privacy, or intellectual property rights.
- Provide false information.
- Transmit or store biometric information or biometric identifiers.
- Promote or encourage illegal activity.
- Promote pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing (MLM) programs, jobs that require payment to start, or any topics we consider detrimental to our users.
- Send unsolicited commercial messages, or any other unlawful communications.
- Imitate or impersonate another person, or create false accounts.
- Send messages to users who have asked not to be contacted.
- Send text messages or make calls for a purpose not related to hiring for or applying to a Job Listing.
- Sell personal data.
- We reserve the right to monitor all activity on the Site and to not pass on or deliver any message or communication that may be malicious, spam, fraudulent, or unwanted, or for any other reason. This includes webforms, links, or attachments of any type, scripts, macros, or any other form of code. You agree the determination of what constitutes spam is in AZPropertyJobs.com’s sole discretion. AZPropertyJobs.com may use data collected through the Site to make such a determination. AZPropertyJobs.com reserves the right to interact with users through the Site, including to investigate whether users are violating these Rules. AZPropertyJobs.com reserves the right to turn over any information gathered via such investigations to law enforcement or other third party.
- AZPropertyJobs.com in its sole discretion may disable your account or restrict your ability to utilize AZPropertyJobs.com services. Use of any automation, scripting, bots, or other methods or tools to automate any process on AZPropertyJobs.com or to access AZPropertyJobs.com services (outside of AZPropertyJobs.com’s official vendors and tooling) is prohibited. You may not use or misappropriate the Site for your own commercial gain. You may not crawl, scrape, data mine, extract data from, reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, exploit, trade or resell any part of the Site, except as expressly permitted by AZPropertyJobs.com beforehand, in writing. You may not use any automated system or software, whether operated by a third party or otherwise, to violate any of AZPropertyJobs.com’s rules. Any effort made by an employee, representative or agent of a company or group to bribe an AZPropertyJobs.com employee for any purpose, including to remove reviews or other user-generated content from AZPropertyJobs.com or affiliated companies, will result in removal of the company or group from the Site. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including U.S. or other export and re-export control laws and regulations, copyright laws and other laws regarding intellectual property. You represent, warrant and covenant that you are not (a) located in, or a resident or a national of, any country subject to a U.S. government embargo, sanctions, or other restriction, or that has been designated by the U.S. government as a “terrorist supporting” country; (b) on any of the Restricted Lists below; or (c) the subject of sanctions consistent with U.S. law imposed by the government of the country where you are using the Site.
- “Restricted Lists” means: (a) Bureau of Industry and Security, U.S. Department of Commerce, Denied Persons List; (b) Bureau of Industry and Security, U.S. Department of Commerce, Unverified List; (c) Defense Trade Controls – List of Debarred Parties; and (d) Specially Designated Nationals, Terrorists, Narcotics Traffickers, Blocked Persons and Vessels List; or (e) Bureau of Industry and Security, Department of Commerce, The Entity List.
- External Sites
- The Site links to other sites on the internet which are owned and operated by third parties (“External Sites”), for example Employer websites, Applicant Tracking Systems, or promotional websites. Links to External Sites may be found in User Content available through the Site (for example, Resumes or Job Ads). AZPropertyJobs.com is not responsible or liable for any External Site, including availability or content. Links to External Sites may be removed at any time. Any concerns regarding an External Site should be directed to the responsible third party.
- com has no control over what happens on External Sites. If you visit an External Site and complete a transaction outside AZPropertyJobs.com, you are entering into an agreement with a third party, alone and at your own risk. You are giving the third party your data directly, and your rights and their obligations are determined by its privacy policies and terms of service. AZPropertyJobs.com disclaims all liability from anything that may occur when you utilize or transact with such third parties. We are additionally not responsible for any payment that may be asked of you by such third party.
- com may provide you with access to a link on AZPropertyJobs.com to services or products offered and performed by a third party (“Third-Party Service”). For example, this service may be offered in the form of permitting a Jobseeker to request their own background check or permitting an Employer to request a background check of a Jobseeker. AZPropertyJobs.com operates solely as a technical conduit, allowing the transmission of background checks sent by a background check Third-Party Service to you. Please note (and you acknowledge) that AZPropertyJobs.com cannot and does not assemble, access, view, analyze, manipulate, alter, evaluate or store the background check reports provided by any background check Third-Party Service to you or to any other AZPropertyJobs.com user.
- If you choose to use the third-party link and its services or products, you are contracting directly with the Third-Party Service, and AZPropertyJobs.com is not a party to this contract. Further, you agree to fully indemnify and defend AZPropertyJobs.com for any claims arising out of your use of a Third-Party Service’s services or product provided to you by a Third-Party Service.
- The Site may include information provided by third-party APIs, which is subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by those third parties.
- Resume and Profile As a Candidate, you have the option to create a profile on the Site (“Your Profile”) and upload your resume (“Resume”) to enhance your job search experience. By doing so, you agree to the following terms:
- User Authorization for Profile Visibility:
- By creating or adding information to Your Profile or uploading your Resume, you are requesting and authorizing AZPropertyJobs.com to make Your Profile available to Employers and other users accessing our Site who AZPropertyJobs.com believes may have an interest in your profile or qualifications. Your Profile may be searchable by Employers to help them find potential candidates.
- Responsibility for Profile Accuracy: You are solely responsible for ensuring that the information in Your Profile and your Resume is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to promptly update this information to maintain its accuracy.
- Handling of Sensitive Information: You agree not to include any sensitive or confidential information in Your Profile or Resume that you do not wish to be viewed by Employers or other users. This includes, but is not limited to, social security numbers, national identification numbers, financial information, or health-related details. While AZPropertyJobs.com may implement measures to identify and redact certain sensitive information, we cannot guarantee its complete removal or prevent its disclosure if you choose to include it.
- Review and Feedback on Profiles: By creating a Profile or uploading a Resume, you acknowledge and agree that AZPropertyJobs.com, or its vendors, may review and analyze your Profile and Resume. AZPropertyJobs.com may, at its sole discretion, provide you with feedback, suggestions for improvement, or recommended job opportunities based on this analysis. Any such feedback is provided for informational purposes only, and you are solely responsible for deciding whether or not to act upon it. AZPropertyJobs.com makes no guarantees regarding the suitability of any recommended jobs.
- Job Ad Matching and Highlights: Based on the information in your Profile and Resume, AZPropertyJobs.com may present you with Job Ads that appear to match your qualifications and may highlight specific aspects of your Profile that align with the requirements of a Job Ad. These features are provided for convenience and informational purposes only and do not guarantee your qualification for any particular job or that you will be contacted by Employers.
- Resume Conversion: By uploading your Resume in a specific file format, you agree that AZPropertyJobs.com may convert it to a different file type to ensure compatibility with the Site’s functionalities. It is your responsibility to review the converted version to ensure the content and formatting are as intended.
- Association of Data with Profile: If you have an AZPropertyJobs.com account, Resume, or other information on the Site, you agree that AZPropertyJobs.com may associate this data with Your Profile to enhance your user experience and the services provided.
- Profile Visibility Settings: com may offer you options to adjust the visibility settings of Your Profile. If such features are available, it is your responsibility to manage these settings according to your preferences. Please be aware that certain information in Your Profile may be visible to Employers by default.
- Saving New Resume Versions: When you upload a new version of your Resume as part of a job application, AZPropertyJobs.com may automatically save a copy to your Profile for your convenience. AZPropertyJobs.com reserves the right to manage and store multiple versions of your Resume at its discretion and may discontinue this feature without notice. You are responsible for maintaining your own copies of your Resumes.
- Masking of Contact Information: To mitigate the risk of spam and unsolicited communications, AZPropertyJobs.com may, at its sole discretion, mask or hide your contact information (such as email address and phone number) in Your Profile and Resume displayed to Employers. AZPropertyJobs.com does not guarantee that all or any part of your contact information will be masked.
- Disclaimer Regarding Third-Party Career Services: com may partner with third-party organizations that offer career-related services. We are not responsible for and do not endorse the services provided by these third parties. Your interactions with such organizations are solely between you and the third party, and AZPropertyJobs.com shall have no liability arising from such interactions.
- Overall Responsibility for Content and Applications: Ultimately, you are responsible for the content of Your Profile, your Resume, and all information you provide through the Site, as well as your job search activities and applications. AZPropertyJobs.com assumes no responsibility and disclaims all liability for the information you choose to share with Employers or make public. - Applying to Jobs Through the Site

This includes your profile data, resume, answers to any screener questions, and any attached files. It is your responsibility to carefully review all aspects of your application before submission to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- User Responsibility for Application Contents
- You are solely responsible for the content of the application that you submit, including all attached files. This includes ensuring that the information is accurate, truthful, and relevant to the job you are applying for.
