Job Description

Hi, we are looking for positive, motivated and RELIABLE cleaners to be part of our cleaning team for our short term rental properties in the NORTHERN SCOTTSDALE area (around Kierland Commons). Please do not apply if this is too far of a drive.

The pay is a PAY PER CLEANING, not hourly.

These are condo/apartments and are not very big 700 TO 900 SQ ft. No outside yard work,🙂

~ Our current level 1 cleaners are making an average of $18.33 to $19.12 per hour based on the average time it takes to clean and the Pay Per Clean payscale.
~ Our current Level II cleaners are making $24.44 to $28.89 per hour. This is based on the average time it takes to clean doubles and at the Pay Per Clean payscale. Doubles are earned and based on your performance.

You must have your own cleaning supplies. We reimburse for the FIRST purchase only up to $20. It is paid after your first 30 days with us.

Duties will be:
~ Cleaning the entire 1, 2 bedroom units plus laundry (washer and dryers in the unit, and we supply detergent).
~ Audit for damages, and missing items and ensure everything in the unit works.
~ Check the in unit storage supply for supply needs for ordering.
~ Other miscellaneous items as needed while there.
~ Complete the cleaning checklist and upload pics to our app.

Cleaning times start at 11:00 am. No exceptions on start time unless we advise, which is rare.

You must be willing to work any day of the week.

STR/hotel cleaning experience is required.

You must be very meticulous and detailed, organized, can work independently, BE ON TIME and be comfortable with technology, and can be trusted to do an exceptional job.

If you do not have reliable transportation, cannot be on time, and are not technology savvy, please do not apply.

You will be our eyes on the property, so you must be reliable and trustworthy.
